General Terms & Conditions:
Please keep in mind that on this website, or any other website for that matter, inaccurate information can be presented inadvertently. As a result, regardless of what is offered on this page, it is critical to follow the information supplied on an item or its packaging as an official guide. If the packaging information for your item is missing, please seek other reliable expert advice before using any product.
Items/products purchased from our website or shop but damaged in transit to the delivery destination are not covered by us. Scratches and scuffing are included.
We cannot guarantee that the things you receive will be identical to those seen in the website's images. Slight discrepancies between the goods and the online photo that do not affect the product's operation do not qualify for a refund. It's tough for us to prohibit manufacturers from making minor adjustments to items without informing us. We will endeavor to arrange a refund if the customer is unhappy with the product, however the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred or required.
We don't list things as in-stock; instead, we list them as available for purchase. We may not always have things ordered on the website in stock and will have to order them in.
If instructions are provided, always read them before using an item or its packaging. Above everything things, follow these instructions as a reliable guide.

In the case that our ecommerce website displays an inaccurate item price or freight price and a purchase is made at this incorrect pricing, we have the right to charge what we believe is the proper amount. The purchaser is entitled to a refund if this occurs. If the buyer still wishes to acquire this item, they must pay the full right amount (as determined by us) before the item is shipped. If the buyer refuses to make the proposed additional payment, the order will be cancelled and fully reimbursed.
If an inaccurate price appears on our website as a result of a computer problem or human error, the consumer has no right to that price.
When working with organic matter such as potting mix, compost, manure, or mulch, always wear gloves and follow other safety precautions.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Important Points Permission to leave - When you place an order with us, you agree that the item(s) will be left at your front door (side door, verandah, etc.) if no one is home to sign for and receive the item(s) or for any other reason. You also agree to take the risk that this may entail. If your delivery address is classed as remote by our couriers, we reserve the right to request an additional remote area surcharge in addition to the freight rates already paid. DELIVERIES THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO A HOME ADDRESS -
Couriers will not be able to deliver a parcel to a home address in some unusual circumstances and places, and the customer will need to pick it up from a nearby location or depot.
PO BOXES -
Please do not use a PO Box address to place an order. Please contact us first to verify whether this is doable before placing an order.
Smaller items can be delivered to PO boxes by Ghana Post and Courier agents, although these orders may require an additional freight charge.
If any of your items are over 25 cubic kg or over 25 kg in dead weight, please do not choose this shipping method at checkout.
(For more information, check below) Changing Shipping Method - We retain the right, without notice, to ship your item using a different shipping method or courier than the one you specified at checkout. (More information can be found further down) What happens if I'm not at home when the package arrives? Depending on the courier, this will be different.
If you are not at home, most couriers will leave the package at your door. If the courier is unable to find a secure location to leave the package, the parcel will most likely be returned to the sender.
To have the parcel re-delivered, the buyer will need to pay for freight a second time. Some couriers will leave a calling card instructing you to pick up your package from the post office or courier facility.
Normally, the courier will be given permission to leave your package, but if it is unsafe to do so or for other reasons, the courier may opt to leave a calling card instead.
You may need to pick up your package at the proper post office or depot if this occurs. If the courier does not follow the authorization to leave that we provide, we are not liable.
Delivery Conditions:

Permission to leave - By placing an order with us, you agree that the item(s) will be left at your front door (side door, verandah, etc.) if no one is home to sign for and receive the item(s) or for any other reason. You also agree to take the risk that this entails.
If you choose, we can leave delivery instructions with the courier for your order to be left in a specific location at your home, such as the side of the house, backyard, etc.
This can be done in one of two ways. When entering your mailing address, be sure to fill out the "Delivery Instructions" area. If you do it this way, your delivery instructions, including your address, will appear automatically each time you order.
In the "Review and Place Order" section of the checkout, type the information in the text box. Only this order will be subject to these shipping instructions.
If you don't specify any delivery instructions, "at the front door" will be the default drop-off location if you aren't home. Deliveries can arrive at any time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., so please select a delivery place where your order can be safely left at any time. If your order's delivery address is a business, please include its name in the delivery details section's company box.
This will alert the courier to only deliver during business hours (9 to 5pm.). Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that a parcel will be delivered to the exact location you specify at your address.
We relied on couriers to perform this at their discretion, and our couriers do not guarantee this service.
Remote Area Surcharge -
If your delivery address is classed as remote by our couriers, we reserve the right to request an additional remote area surcharge in addition to the freight rates already paid. (For more information, check below)
PO BOXES -
Please do not use a PO Box address to place an order. Please contact us first to verify whether this is doable before placing an order. PO boxes can sometimes be delivered by Australia Post, but the item must weigh less than 19 kg. If any of your items are over 25 cubic kg or over 25 kg in dead weight, please do not choose this shipping method at checkout.
This shipping method employs Ghana post, VIP courier and their agents who have a per-item weight limit of 25 kg. IMPORTANT: Only use this option if each of your things weighs less than 25 cubic kg and has a dead weight of less than 25 kg.
If any item weighs more than 25 kg, we will have to utilize a different courier, which may result in an additional freight charge on top of what has already been paid.
If you're unsure whether or not an item is less than 25 kg, look at the Deliver Conditions tab on the product page of the item in question.
If no information is available, please contact us via email. Changing Shipment Method - We retain the right, without notice, to send your item by a different shipping method / courier than the one you specified at checkout.
(For further information, see "Selecting a Shipping Method at Checkout" below.) Even if we provide an estimated arrival date or time for your order (through email or phone), we cannot guarantee that deliveries will arrive on that date or time.
We always give it our all, but we are ultimately reliant on extremely busy courier firms that can be late for a variety of reasons. Allow plenty of time for an order to arrive. Always inspect a package before signing for it to ensure that it is in good working order.
We do not insure, cover, or accept responsibility for things that are damaged or lost during courier delivery.

Shipping Methods and Costs
The cost of shipping varies depending on the product chosen, the shipping location, and the method used. To ship orders to our customers, we use the postal services of Ghana Post and VIP Transports, as well as reputable courier firms such as DHL. When you place your order, you will be given a list of available shipping methods and their associated costs. For shipping quotes, call sales at 0269807738. We make every effort to ship using the shipping option you choose, however this is not always available. Please inform us before placing an order if you want to ensure that we use your chosen or preferred shipping method. In some cases, an additional freight payment may be required.
